My research combines computational analysis of single‑cell and spatially resolved omics to map tumor heterogeneity and immune organization within the tumor microenvironment, with the goal of revealing mechanisms that shape anti‑tumor immunity and therapeutic response.
Research highlights
* B cell biology and tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS): I use spatial and single‑cell omics datasets to study TLS organization, B cell phenotypic diversity, and how these features influence anti‑tumor immunity and responses to immunotherapy.
* Extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) in cancer evolution: I examine ecDNA‑driven oncogene amplification and its role in creating intra‑tumor heterogeneity, transcriptional plasticity, and altered immune responses.
